Antfarm- day 75

I attempted urban sketching the other day. I felt very self conscious and silently hoped that no one would be curious about what I was drawing.

Apple impaled on fence – day  74

I was so not feeling this when I sketched it yesterday. Looking at it today I feel a little better. I fear I am losing that precious “beginner’s mind.” And now the Criric is creeping in.

The notebook- day 69

I have been slacking on my daily drawing. Not sure if I’m losing momentum or if I am lacking time. Maybe both. I decided to do a wick watercolor sketch of my notebook.

Olympus Pen – Day 60

A quick-ish sketch of one of the cameras that I currently have film in: the fabulous Olympus Pen. I’ve used it a handful of times. It’s a fun little camera!

The Fox + the bunny – day 59

I’m having a lot of fun with this. 🙂 little bunny started to take shape. Looks a little less psychotic… Also: more fun with color mixing. At first I wasn’t thrilled with the color of the bunny but I like it better once it dried.

Fox  – day 58

I’ve been thinking a lot today about my little fox so I thought I’d try drawing one. I don’t know if this is my fox but it’s a fox. I think. Also: foxes are adorable. ‪

Afga Shur Shot – day 57

I decided that sketching my cameras was a good idea when I’ve run out of ideas. Here is an old Agfa Shur Shot that is pretty much useless except for decorating my fireplace mantle. I tried mixing paint and didn’t do a very good job. I need to look at a color wheel next time.
